Ata Rajput founded A.R.M. Management on a simple observation, repeated across fifteen years of cross-border legal practice: internationally active companies and families are forced to coordinate too many advisors, in too many countries, with no one accountable for the whole picture. ARM exists to be that single point of senior accountability.

Ata serves as Chief Legal Officer of the eTeam group of companies, a global workforce solutions group operating in more than 130 countries, where he was recruited to build the legal function from inception and now leads a multi-jurisdictional team of in-house counsel — owning the group's legal, compliance, and governance framework across corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory, and data-protection law. Few advisors have run, at scale and in-house, the exact cross-border machinery — entities, employment structures, tax registrations, regulatory filings — that ARM's clients depend on. And through all of it, one constant: the work has always been done for the owners — protecting the people whose capital, name, and reputation stand behind the business, with the care that stakes of that kind deserve. ARM offers that same standard, directly.

His practice is shaped by an unusual vantage point: he has sat on both sides of the regulatory table, personally representing companies in government compliance audits across Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Poland, and has obtained and maintained regulated personnel-leasing authorisations including the Swiss SECO compliance regime, the German and Austrian AÜG licences, and the Dutch NEN 4400-1 / SNA certification. That first-hand knowledge of how regulators actually examine international structures — not how textbooks say they do — informs every engagement ARM takes on.

On the transaction side, Ata structures and executes cross-border acquisitions and investments across renewable energy, critical minerals, healthcare, and technology — including, as lead legal advisor, a €50 million battery energy storage (BESS) infrastructure transaction structured across multiple EU jurisdictions. Earlier in his career he served as corporate counsel to an international healthcare and medical device group operating across Europe, North Africa, and the United States, negotiating public-private partnership agreements with governmental stakeholders and leading the company's ISO 13485 certification under the EU Medical Devices Regulation.

Ata holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Liverpool and an LL.B. from Ghent University — bringing a practitioner's command of both common law and civil law systems — alongside professional certifications in mergers & acquisitions and investment fund management spanning open- and closed-ended structures. He led the development of ARM's regulatory-intelligence capabilities, including the ARM Radar and the firm's jurisdiction research covering more than seventy countries. He works between Belgium and ARM's UAE headquarters, and advises in English, Dutch, French, German, and Urdu/Hindi.
