Profile
Diana Wang is A.R.M. Management's Partner for China Outbound — Tax & Accounting. She leads the China-side execution of cross-border structures — tax design, accounting, filings and local coordination — for Chinese groups expanding outbound, from overseas entity setup and market-entry compliance through ongoing operations.
Her practice covers overseas listing and holding structures within China's outbound filing regime (CSRC), including VIE and red-chip architectures, alongside international tax planning and cross-border holding arrangements. A University of Toronto graduate and founder of a cross-border accounting and advisory group, she has supported listed companies through one-stop overseas expansion across the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia, backed by a multilingual, multidisciplinary team spanning accounting, tax, licensing and local operations.
She works closely with Charlotte Wang, A.R.M. Management's Partner for China, on the China–Europe corridor. Diana works in Mandarin and English.
