Johnathan Kandassamy is A.R.M. Management's Partner for Monaco and the French Riviera — advising international entrepreneurs, private investors and family offices at one of the world's densest concentrations of private capital, with a particular focus on the relationships that connect Africa, Monaco, the French Riviera and the Caribbean.

His practice spans three connected fields. In private wealth, he works with families and their advisers on cross-border coordination — international banking relationships, wealth structuring, real estate and Lombard financing, and succession planning for HNW and UHNW families. In Africa-focused investment and strategic development, he advises on investment structuring, market entry, strategic partnerships and project development, particularly across real estate, infrastructure, energy and private capital — working closely with African entrepreneurs and investors seeking trusted access to European financial and professional ecosystems. And in digital assets, he advises on Bitcoin treasury strategy, institutional education, digital-asset ecosystems and Bitcoin-mining and energy projects, within Europe's emerging regulatory frameworks.

His perspective is international by lived experience, not just by mandate: born in the French Caribbean, based on the French Riviera, with working experience across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Caribbean — including several years living, studying and working in South Korea.

Johnathan holds a Master in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po Paris (2020) and passed the AMF Professional Certification examination (SFAF, Paris, 2018). He works in French and English, with conversational Spanish and Creole.
